green week school competition

Our school has participated in green week european school competition extreme weather conditions (2005)and biodiversity(2006)

17th of November

In the remembrance of the Technical university’s * rebellion, the students presented through a theatrical play , songs and dancing, their concerns regarding issues such as democracy, informating presented via media , the use of mutant products and etc. The celebration was conducted by Mr. Panagiotis Sverkounos, the physical education professor.

* 33 years ago in Greece there wasn’t democracy but a junta then the universities rebelled and managed to overthrow the government and reset democracy.(Helen Tsitsiroudi)

Awards

On 27 of October, the awards were given to the students who came first during the last school year(2005-2006) by the headmaster Mr Tsiakmakis. He congratulated the students and he wished they had success to their life.(Manolis Kapnopoulos)

eTwinning and twins

On 23rd of October, our colleague Maria Chryssantou has born twins - a boy and a girl. We have sent our best wishes to them!

Greek students in Germany

During a Comenius and eTwinning meeting DigiSkills in Regenstauf/Germany some students from Sweden, France, Greece and Germany have had a workshop about managing websites. Students from Thessaloniki created their own weblog.
